SHARE - Exchange Program

The International Relations Office of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) has a great honor to announce the batch 2 of the SHARE Scholarship for exchange program to spend one academic semester or maximum six months in various ASEAN universities.

For RUPP Students

The RUPP students who wish to have exchange programs with SHARE participating universities (second batch) should follow the steps below:

1. Download the related forms (all forms can be filled in on computer)

2. Surf relevant subjects from the host universities' websites

3. Complete application for endorsement-RUPP

4. Apply for Letter of Endorsement for respective department and RUPP-IRO

5. Apply to Host University you wish to attend the exchange program

6. After receiving the Letter of Acceptance from the Host University, you have to apply for SHARE Scholarship

7. Commit to participate in two-week Pre-Departure Course

Note: This scholarship is most applicable to students in years 2 and 3. Students in year 4 have to consult the respective department.

For International Students

The International students who wish to have exchange programs with RUPP under SHARE scheme (second batch) should follow the steps below:

1. Submit endorsement letter from the home university

2. Complete application for acceptance of RUPP

3. Submit the scanned copy of the official transcript

4. Submit the evidence of English Language Proficiency

5. Contact RUPP-IRO or respective department you wish to study

6. Download the Application for Acceptance from RUPP admission

The Exchange Program is under SHARE Scheme. Based on the SHARE Quota, we accept

• 6 International students to DIS

• 2 International students to English Department

• 2 International students to DMC
