MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABLE TOURISM MANAGEMENT AND EXCELLENCE
(MISTME)
Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management and Excellence (MISTME) is designed for students who have particular interest in developing deeper understanding of sustainability issues facing the fast-changing world. Students will gain knowledge, skills, and practical experiences required to formulate sustainable tourism strategies to address emerging challenges at the destinations and business levels.
MISTME is designed to prepare students for increasing regional and international competition through domestic and international field work, exchange programs, community engagement, thesis research, group research project, and professional internships.
MISTME comprises of 45 credits across four semesters within two-year limit. The special course on “Sustainable Tourism Research Seminar Series I, and II” is designed to provide a platform for students, faculty members, and relevant stakeholders to share knowledge and experiences related to the sustainability of tourism from different perspectives—of which evident-based research discoveries are encouraged.

Medium of Instruction: English
Entrance Examination: Consists of 120 minutes of general and technical knowledge in tourism and 90 minutes of English proficiency test. (Candidates who present a valid English proficiency test or are from an international program where English is the medium of instruction are not required to take the English test).

Admission Requirements
✓ Must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
✓ Completed application form.
✓ A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
✓ Verified Copy of Bachelor degree and transcript.
✓ TOEFL (500) or IELTS (5.5) or equivalent, if available.
✓ Photos (4x6: 4 copies) and (3x4: 4 copies) in formal attire, without glasses.
✓ Citizen Identity Card (1 copy) for Cambodian nationals.
✓ Passport (1 copy) for international applicants.

USD 40.00 for International applicants
Tuition per year (non-refundable):
USD 2,000 for Cambodian nationals
