Open Development Cambodia (ODC) is an ‘open data’ website, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. As an online hub compiling freely available data in a ‘one-stop shop’, Open Development Cambodia provides the public with up-to-date, accurate information about Cambodia and its economic and social development. Its open data approach guarantees materials and information are available to all users for use and download. ODC hopes that the site and the data will facilitate research and communication between the public, private companies, civil society and governments.
The Cambodia Urban Database was created to provide researchers and practitioners with a one-stop repository of resources on urban topics in Cambodia. This database compiles all kinds of data – from quantitative data to research publications to images – in order to promote research and learning amongst students, researchers, and others interested in the topic; illuminate the gaps in knowledge, and contribute to building a community of scholarship on Cambodian urban studies.

Libraries and Documentation centres
Bophana Center acquires film, television, photography and sound archives on Cambodia all around the world; and it gives free public access to this precious heritage. Today nearly 700 hours of video are available, including the first movies of the Lumière brothers in the late nineteenth century; recent fiction by Cambodian directors; TV coverage; nonprofit movies; documentaries; Norodom Sihanouk’s movies; etc. The site is available in Khmer, English, and French.

Cambodia Development Research Institut (CDRI)
The CDRI library is a comprehensive information center, providing access to a wide range resources on socio-economic and development issues. The more than 10,000 titles stored in the library include written, audiovisual, CD based and web-based information as well as databases.
With a membership card (5$), it is possible to borrow up to 4 books from the library.
The Chab Dai library offers member organizations and individuals to access relevant resources and research in English, Khmer, and Vietnamese. The library get a collection of over 1,300 resources in English that have been organized in over 60 categories mainly on human trafficking and abuse in Cambodia.

Gender and development for Cambodia Library
The GAD/C Resource Centre houses a collection of gender related literature that covers all aspects of gender and offers a broad source of research material to the public. As a resource library specific to gender issues. GAD/C Library material may be borrowed by placing a request for an item through librarian and can borrow 3 copies once a week.
Library of the Ecole française d’Extrême-Orient (EFEO) in Siem Reap
1,400 volumes in French, Khmer and English, a complete collection of maps of the country, and a number of computerised resources. Most of the collections consist of material from the Angkor and Angkor Conservation Office archives from 1908 to 1975 (available on microfiche or CD-ROM on one of the library’s public access computers), while other collections serve as documentary resources for the Centre’s research teams: ancient Cambodian history, archaeology and architecture; epigraphy; linguistics; and ethnology.
Library of the French Institute of Cambodia
Large collection of book in various subjects, with a few publications on Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Most of the publications are in French, but there is also an interesting collection of Khmer references. Very few English references on Cambodia. Some research books are available, and also journals, DVDs, CD-ROM, and films.
Library of the National Museum of Cambodia
The library is located above the Entrance Gallery which contains a substantial collection of historical, religious, artistic and archaeological literature (in French, English and Khmer).
The records in the collection trace the events and decisions that shaped the Cambodian state and society since the 19th century. It holds documents produced or collected by the French colonial and the Cambodian governments since independence from the national down to the communal level. 14 collections are available.
Available in both Khmer and English, the resources available at the National Library of Cambodia includes Cambodian collection, Palm leaf and manuscript collection, and general collection. The library also consists on 50000 books in Khmer, English and French. Old French Collection, 23.000 volumes remaining from the Library’s French Protectorat’s period, 1924 –1953.
