Regarding to vision and mission, the fourth objective of National Incubator of Cambodia are indicated as follows:

Improve quality of youth talent people to participate in new idea, innovation, and energy in connection with business idea to incubate new startup.
Contribute to building a vibrant digital economy and society by laying the groundwork for promoting digital adoption and evolution.
Establish and strengthen bilateral and multilateral partnership to participate in developing and supporting digital startup.
Develop and maintain a long-term training platform for a variety of talents.
