VAR Sovanndara has been serving as a Director of IT Center at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), where he is responsible for managing Data Center, IT issues, and operating the network for the university. He received a bachelor's degree of Science in Computer Science from RUPP in 2001, and a Master of Science in Information Technology for Natural Resource Management from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia in 2006.

Deputy Director of IT Center

Khiev Sopheaktra, is Deputy Director of Information Technology Center and Lecture of Computer Science Department in Faculty of Science, he is also Technical Lead in CyberUniversity Project supported by MoEYS. He has obtained Master of Information Management in Australia and Bachelor of Computer Science, RUPP Cambodia. Furthermore, he has certificated many IT professionals and has many experiences in IT industries. He also is promoted as Assistant Professor from Royal Sub-degree in July, Year 2023.

Mr. MENG Hann is a senior staff at Information Technology Center (IT Center, RUPP) and a Lecturer of Computer Science Department in Faculty of Science. He is also Team Lead in Content Development in Cyber University Program at RUPP and a member of the software development team. He has obtained Master of Computer Science and Engineer at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania in 2013 and Bachelor of Computer Science at RUPP in 2009.
