The mission of National incubator center of Cambodia (NICC) is indicated as follows:

Select and incubate the new potential startups to launch and develop their business.
Motivate and strengthen operational efficiency of new startup through consulting, mentoring, training, and technology support.
Link investors and startups to increase productivity and markets, ensuring the sustainability of business and national economy.
Strengthen the research and project development that related to smart and innovative digital technology to promote entrepreneurs and production chain in the context of digitalization.
