GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must earn a minimum of 120 credit points to be eligible for the award of Bachelor of Science in Economics. The total accumulated credit points can be earned by attending required courses (3 credits for each course) and passing the comprehensive examinations or successfully defending their senior project (for students in the Honors Program).
There are two strands for the BS programs at the senior year: (1) the regular Bachelor of Science Economics and (2) the Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honors). The Regular Program does not require students to write the senior project but they must pass the comprehensive examinations. The Honors Program requires students to successfully complete and defend the project. Only limited outstanding students (those students with an average score of 80 or above in all the four years of study) are admitted into the Honors Program upon the recommendation from their academic advisors/teachers.
