Application Form Sales and Registration for the 2nd Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) December 2026

🗓 Application Period: August 17 - September 02, 2026
📝 Test Date: December 06, 2026
⏰ Working Hours (Mon-Sat):
Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
 

📌Notes:
📄 Required Documents: National ID card or Passport, and two (2) photos (3× 4 cm)
⚠️ Registration Capacity: Registration is limited for each test level. Applications will close immediately once the maximum number of applicants has been reached
 

🏫 Test Venue: The examination will be conducted only in Phnom Penh
