Business Training Courses
CJCC’s Business Training Courses are designed based on three key concepts: providing Japanese-style management knowledge and experience adapted to the Cambodian context, focusing on practical and real-world applications, and supporting young entrepreneurs as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The courses are mainly delivered by experienced Japanese experts dispatched by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), alongside Cambodian lecturers who contribute valuable local business perspectives. To meet the growing demands of the labor market, CJCC offers a diverse range of business training programs tailored to different customer groups and professional needs.

After participating in the CJCC’s intensive training, participants can apply what they have learned from the next day in their business. We usually offer intensive training with a curriculum of 10–15 hours, which allows the participants to learn the subjects substantially to become a professional business person.

Prior to finalizing any training agreement, CJCC conducts detailed consultations with the company or organization to discuss and align the course content, learning outcomes, training methodology, schedule, duration, and other relevant arrangements to ensure maximum effectiveness and satisfaction.
In addition, all intensive business training courses offered by CJCC can be tailored and customized upon request. The programs are designed with flexibility in mind and can be conducted through both online and face-to-face formats, depending on the preferences and operational requirements of the client. The E-Learning Program offers participants the flexibility to access a wide range of management and business-related training materials through the Moodle learning management system. By integrating online learning with CJCC’s regular training courses, the platform creates a more dynamic and synergetic learning experience that supports both self-paced study and continuous professional growth.
