រដ្ឋតិចសាស៖ លោកស្រីសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ អ៊ុំ រ៉ាវី សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរងនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យសាកលវិទ្យាធិការ ជេត ជាលី បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញទៅទស្សនកិច្ចនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Angelo State ដែលជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យដៃគូ ស្ថិតនៅទីក្រុង San Angelo ក្នុងរដ្ឋតិចសាសនៃសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ 

ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះប្រតិភូសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញបានជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Angelo State អំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតដែលអាចធ្វើរួមគ្នាបាន។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរក្រុមប្រតិភូបានជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាដែលកំពុងសិក្សានៅទីនោះ ក្នុងនោះក៏មាននិស្សិតកម្មវិធី ១+៣ របស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញផងដែរ។ 

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថាបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះនិស្សិតកម្មវិធី ១+៣ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញចំនួន ២៥នាក់ សិក្សានៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Angelo State ក្នុងនោះមាននិស្សិត១នាក់បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រគីមីជីវសាស្ត្រ ( Biochemistry) កាលពីខែឧសភាកន្លងទៅនេះ។ 

ក្រុមប្រតិភូបានទទួលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច និងស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅពីសំណាក់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Angelo State។

Professor Oum Ravy, Vice Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, acting as the senior representative of Professor Chet Chealy, Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, headed a delegation from the Royal University of Phnom Penh on an official visit to Angelo State University, a partner institution situated in San Angelo, Texas, the United States.

During the visit, the delegation engaged in discussions with the management of ASU concerning new opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between the two institutions. Additionally, the delegation convened with and interacted with Cambodian students studying at ASU, including those enrolled in the Royal University of Phnom Penh's 1+3 Program.

Currently, twenty-five students enrolled in the 1+3 Program at the Royal University of Phnom Penh are studying at ASU. Among these students, one has successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry as of May this year.

The delegation received a warm welcome and generous hospitality from Angelo State University.
