JICA Training Course: Redefine Your Business Growth - Stop Selling Products, Start Delivering Value
Is your business experiencing slow growth despite your team's hard work? Are you constantly forced to compete on price because it feels like the only way to stand out?
In today’s fast-paced market, customers aren’t just looking for products anymore—they are looking for solutions and value. If your sales have plateaued, the issue might not be your product, but your strategy.
To help Cambodian business owners and managers break out of this cycle, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is hosting an exclusive, high-impact training program this June: "Redefining Your Business Growth Strategy: Shift from Product Thinking to Value Thinking."
The Transformation: From Daily Chaos to a Clear Plan
Many leaders are too caught up in the chaos of running daily operations to step back and plan for the future. This 2-day intensive course is designed to completely shift how you view your business and your customers.
Why Choose This Program?
This isn't a passive lecture series where you sit and take notes on abstract concepts. It is an active, hands-on workshop tailored specifically for leaders who need practical results.
- Walk Away with a Real Strategy: You will apply frameworks directly to your own business using our provided strategy worksheet pack and action plan templates.
- Learn from a World-Class Expert: The course is led by Mr. Masashi Yamanaka, a Harvard and MIT-trained business consultant who has trained over 20,000 participants globally, with a strong track record of helping businesses right here in Cambodia.
- Premium Networking & Peer Learning: Delivered entirely in-person at CJCC, allowing you to engage in deep discussions, share insights, and network face-to-face with fellow Cambodian business leaders.
- Proven Track Record: As one of CJCC’s highest-rated courses, the content is immensely actionable. In fact, past participants have found the strategies so valuable they requested individual consulting follow-ups immediately after completion.
Course Schedule & Structure
